I recently used Jeff as my realtor to purchase my first home. We looked and maybe a dozen places and he was very observant and throughly looked at the properties to point out all the pros and cons. I have witnessed some realtors just kind of walk around with the buyer and just hope you buy the place but not him. He would be very critical at times of properties with my best interest in mind.Ultimately I made the purchase that fit me the best and alot of that is thanks to him. He even moved me into my new place! If and when I move again there is no doubt who I will use.
